Association of the German Spring Industry

The VDFI is the German industry’s trade association for technical springs. With 98 full members, the association represents around 85% of German spring production. In addition, there are 59 so-called “associated” member companies – as important manufacturers and suppliers of machines, materials, as well as operating and auxiliary materials for the spring industry. The VDFI represents the economic and technical interests of the German spring industry vis-à-vis third parties, such as customer groups, higher-ranking bodies, etc. As an active member of the ESF (European Spring Federation), it sets essential accents in the field of European and international standardization, which are developed on the basis of intensive discussions between representatives of national spring associations.
