The EMC Spare Parts Management add-on module directly links your inventory to the maintenance module, bringing complete order to your warehouse: Whether purchased standard components or specialized inserts manufactured in your in-house toolroom, all items are centrally stored with installation locations, minimum stock levels, and costs. Required parts are debited directly from the maintenance order during repairs or scheduled interventions.

This guarantees that critical components, such as wear parts on drawing and straightening tools in wire processing or active components of progressive die tools in metal forming, are readily available exactly when needed on the shop floor.

Manage and allocate spare parts seamlessly and digitally

With the EMC Spare Parts Management add-on module, you have all your spare parts under control. This applies both to purchased spare parts and, in particular, to all parts that are manufactured in your tool shop. These are neatly stored and listed in the module at all times. Separate lists for managing and organizing your spare parts are no longer necessary.

Manage stock levels, costs or storage locations at a glance. With digital spare parts management, you can always see which spare part is used where and how, or where it can be found and in what quantity.

Locate faster and secure stock levels

You can quickly locate the parts you need and immediately see how many parts are available.

The system also automatically warns you in color when quantities are too low (yellow: minimum stock level almost reached, red: minimum stock level not reached). This makes it easy for you to ensure that important spare parts are always available, e.g. for MRO (Maintenance Repaire Operation) emergencies, and are immediately ready for use if the worst comes to the worst.

Individual configuration of spare parts

You can configure your spare parts individually according to your parameters and requirements: Minimum stock and stock level, spare parts number and name, price, storage location, material, etc. Purchased spare parts are transferred directly from the ERP. You can easily create your own spare parts in the system and configure them according to your required parameters.

Based on the defined parameters, you can simply sort your spare parts or search for them using the search function.

Simply select and add spare parts

In combination with the EMC Maintenance module, you can assign your predefined spare parts directly to your maintenance and repair work. Simply select the required spare part from the list and add it to your maintenance. Thanks to automatic stock monitoring, you can always see exactly which spare parts are available.

Cleverly stored and intelligently calculated

All spare parts used for your maintenance work are stored not only in the spare parts management system but also in the tool lifecycle card for each tool. This means you always know which spare part was used for which tool.

This allows you to reliably calculate and evaluate all costs incurred for the tool, including spare part costs. In addition, thanks to the complete, digital recording of all spare parts, the tool design department has access to a wealth of data for optimizing the tool.
